We are delighted to offer free delivery to anywhere in the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands for orders over £12 in value. For orders under £12 we continue to heavily subsidise postage, packing and insurance making it just £1.95 for orders less than £12. We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt, subject to the items being in stock.

Express Delivery is available for urgent orders and is charged well below cost at just £3.95 for orders up to £50 in value and free of charge for orders over £50.

We aim to despatch Express Delivery orders the same day if received
by 12pm (midday) from Monday to Friday.

This service moves your order to the top of the queue for order processing and is
a next working day delivery service. No other online retailer offers guaranteed next working day delivery at a price lower or anywhere near what we charge, something we are very proud of.

We despatch every day of the week from Monday to Friday.

If an item is not in stock or there may be a delay in despatching your order we will advise you of this as soon as possible by email and telephone.

Royal Mail aims to deliver 94% of all first class mail the next working day. However, it is not possible to guarantee this so your order may take a day or two to arrive after it leaves us and if your order is urgent we advise you to take advantage of our Express Delivery service.

Europe/Rest of the World

Standard delivery anywhere in central Europe is FREE on orders over £75 in value and £2.95 for Austria, Belgium, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Norway, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland and Portugal and £4.95 for all other countries in Europe if below £75. Delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail which typically takes 4-10 working days.

Standard delivery anywhere else in the World is FREE on orders over £75 in value and £4.95 if below £75.

Delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail which typically takes 4-15 working days.

This means that if you are a UK customer and you send a gift overseas which is less than £75 in value then we'll ask you to pay the postage.
