It is lovely when you find just the perfect gift for someone. But if you live far away from the recipient you then have to start thinking about how you're going to get it to them. Why not let us take care of that bit for you?
All you need do is find a gorgeous gift from our vast range of products and we'll do the rest.
So what happens when place your order with us? Well, firstly we pick the item off the rail/shelf and remove the price tag (very important!).
We then lovingly wrap your present in a mixture of tissue paper, cellophane and, for a final finishing touch, beautiful ribbon in a contrasting colour. We apply one of our stickers to the back of the package so that the lucky recipient knows where it came from (just in case they need to return it for whatever reason). Our wrapping colours vary throughout the year, but usually we have at least six colours including baby pink, blue, green, hot pink, purple, lilac and tangerine and a vast selection of ribbons. If you have a particular colour in mind or, indeed, you would prefer that we don't select a particular colour for your wrapping, please specify this at check-out in the comments box.
If you have asked us to enclose a special message, we will write or print that message on a carefully chosen tag which is then attached to your gift.
We then package up your gift carefully so that it is protected, ready to be posted.
Meanwhile we will either email you a pdf of your invoice or put a copy in the post to you, so that you have it for your records and can be sure that we've taken care of everything.
Your gift is despatched from our shop either by Royal Mail or courier depending on the circumstances, along with all the other items being dispatched that day.
Finally, we send you a quick email to let you know that your gift has been despatched.
Why do we go to all this trouble? Well before we had children of our own we were frankly rubbish at getting gifts for other people's children to them on time. Whilst we always meant well, there seemed to be so any other things to do and we were forever rushing around at the weekend and in lunchbreaks trying to do all these things. So we thought about the service we would have liked back in those days, and now we offer that service to our own customers.

Most items are despatched within one working day, though at extremely busy times like Christmas that may not always be possible. However if you pay for Express Delivery your order will automatically jump to the front of the queue regardless of whatever else we're doing and also be trackable.
