It is sometimes difficult to find the right present for someone. It makes it even trickier if you live far away from the recipient - trips to the post office, buying a padded envelope or box, packaging it up etc.
Now all you need do is find something gorgeous for them from our vast range of products and we'll do the rest.
So what happens when place your order with us? Well, firstly we pick the item off the rail/shelf and remove the price tag (very important!) and replace it with a tag without a price on it. This means that you're safe in the knowledge that the gift won't arrive with the price on, whilst the lucky recipient knows where to return it if for any reason it's not perfect for them.
We then lovingly wrap your present in a mixture of tissue paper, cellophane and, for a final finishing touch, beautiful ribbon in a contrasting colour. Our colours vary throughout the year, but usually we have at least six colours including baby pink, blue, green, hot pink, purple, lilac and tangerine and a vast selection of ribbons. If you have a particular colour in mind or, indeed, you would prefer that we don't select a particular colour for your wrapping, please specify this at check-out in the comments box.
If you have asked us to enclose a special message, we print your personal message onto a white label so that your friend will definitely be able to read it, and then stick the label inside a carefully chosen gift tag which is then attached to the gift.
We then package up your gift carefully so that it is protected, ready to be posted.
Meanwhile we put a copy of your receipt and the packing slip in an envelope and send it to you, so that you have a copy for your records and can be sure that we've taken care of everything.
Your gift is collected from us by Royal Mail along with your invoice which will be sent separately to you and all the other items being dispatched that day.
Finally, we send you a quick email to let you know that your gift has been despatched.
Why do we go to all this trouble, and all for free? Well before we had a child of our own we were pretty rubbish at getting gifts for other people's children to them on time. Whilst we meant well, there always seemed to be so much to do and it meant we were forever rushing around at the weekend and in lunchbreaks trying to do all these things. So we thought about what service we would have liked to use in those days, and now we offer it to our own customers.
