Little Sunflowers - Loyalty Programme

Repeat business is the highest compliment you can pay us, and Flower Credits Rewards are our little way of saying thank you for making the choice to shop with us and helping to grow our business.

For every £30 or more you spend in one visit, you'll receive 1 flower credit. So if you spend £60 or more in one visit you'll receive 2 flowers, and so on.

If you place more than one order on the same day (for example when you want to send a gift to more than one address) we will add the orders together so that you earn flower credits for your total purchases on that day. Please note that if any of these orders cost under £12 in the UK or £75 overseas you will still pay postage on each order.

You will also earn flower credits when you buy items at sale price, provided you spend £30 or more per transaction.

You can also earn one flower credit when you:

- tell your friends about us. Simply email us with the names and email addresses of 5 friends who would be interested in our service, and we will credit your account to say "thank you"

- become a fan on our Little Sunflowers Facebook Page. http://www.littlesunflowers.com/facebook (please email us at info@littlesunflowers.com to claim your flower credit)

- *NEW* follow us on Twitter http://www.twitter.com/littlesunflower (please email us at info@littlesunflowers.com to claim your flower credit)

When you have collected 6 flowers we will send you a voucher for £20 to spend with us on whatever you like!

We will keep a track of how many flowers you've collected to save you the trouble, and we'll occasionally let you know how many you have.

This loyalty programme is exactly the same as the one we have had in our shop since we opened. So when you come to see us, you will earn flowers in exactly the same way and your £20 voucher can either be spent online or in our Horam shop.

The small print:

* Online customers need to hold an account with us to earn flowers, so that we can keep track of how many you've collected in the past.

* All customers who hold an account with us can earn flower credits, and all products are eligible but not postage charges (boo!).

* Flower credits are earned for every £30 you spend in one visit. This means that if you use a discount code which brings your total order value down to below £30 then you won't earn a flower (boo!).

* A Flower Credit can only be earned the first time you become a fan on Facebook or a follower on Twitter (boo!).

* We reserve the right not to give flower credits when you buy lots of things from us and we give you a discount upfront, such as bulk purchases of ponchos for pre-schools (boo!).

* When you refer 5 friends, we will apply the flower credits to your account assuming that the friends' email addresses work and that they aren't already customers (hurrah!).

* Vouchers are only redeemable for lovely things, not cash.

* We reserve the right to change the terms of the scheme. We can also withdraw it at any time (though we don't think we ever will).
