We promise that:
* We'll help you find the boldest, brightest, most exciting clothing for boys and girls from birth to seven years, so that yours and those you buy for always look cool and fab.
* Every time you spend £30 with us in one visit, either online on or the shop, you'll receive a flower credit to say 'thank you' for supporting us. When you've collected six flowers we'll give you a £20 gift voucher to spend with us on whatever you like.
* We'll keep a close eye on what other companies are charging for the brands we sell to make sure that we don't charge more than they do.
* We'll beautifully gift wrap just about anything you buy from us free of charge if you'd like us to, including a gift tag with your own personal message, to save you the trouble.
* When you place an order with us online, we'll carefully package it up and post it anywhere free of charge in the UK if your order is over £12 in value (and free overseas for orders over £50), either to your home or work address or someone else's.
* When you buy a gift in our shop to send to someone, we'll be happy to package it up and send it for you free of charge in the UK if your order is over £12 in value (and free of charge overseas for orders over £50) to save you the trouble.
* If for any reason you change your mind you can return your goods within 28 days and we'll give you a full refund if you have a receipt, or an exchange/credit note if you don't. Of course if the item is faulty we will always give you a full refund.
* If we've sold out of something and/or don't have it in the size you want, we'll try very hard to get one for you.
* We'll keep a selection of clean toys and other interesting things in the shop so that little ones don't get bored and you can concentrate on your shopping.
* We'll offer to remind you about your little friends' birthdays in advance by email. We can even send a birthday card for you if you like.
* If there is anything you'd like to tell us about our products, service or anything really, we'll always listen properly and do something about it if we can.
* Whenever you speak to us, whether online, over the phone or in our lovely Horam shop, we'll be friendly, cheery and helpful, and nothing will ever be too much trouble. And we'll say 'thank you' a lot as your business is so important to us and if it wasn't for you we wouldn't have a shop.

* Come and see us whenever you like (if you could phone us in advance if you plan to come when we're usually shut that would be great)

* Tell us how we're doing and whether our service is up to scratch
* Tell us if there's anything wrong so that we can fix it
* Let us know if there are any brands you like which we don't seem to have
* Let us know if you see any of our clothes cheaper somewhere else
