Product details

Beautiful 15" (38cm) Rosemary Tree - Rosmarinus Officinalis Perigord.

Perigord is an upright-growing Rosemary variety, making it perfect for cultivating into a tree. Simply keep your tree in shape as it grows by trimming it with scissors or secateurs. Then use the clippings for all manner of wonderful things in the kitchen and around the home.

Rosemary has been used as a medicinal and culinary herb for millenia. The clippings can be used fresh or dried for flavouring meats and fish. Wonderful for Rosemary and Sea Salt Roasted Potatoes. Or why not make your own flavoured oils?

Grown to food grade standards, our stunning Rosemary Trees are the perfect fragrant table-top decoration for special occasions, or for keeping in a beautiful pot by your front door. And of course, they will make the ultimate sweet smelling, living Christmas or Easter Tree when the time comes!

Your tree will produce beautiful flowers at certain points in the year. Whilst the ancient Greeks believed that wearing Rosemary Blossom in your hair improved your memory, you may prefer to eat them. Whilst they won't cope with direct heat, you can use the flowers as a finishing touch on the plate for a milder, more delicate alternative to the leaves.

By the time it reaches you, your Rosemary tree will be over 6 months old. It will have been grown in the South of England, then lovingly nurtured by us. It will arrive with complete care instructions.

Size: approximately 15" / 38cm high plus a 5" / 12cm high pot.

Sorry not available outside the UK due to plant export regulations.
