*Please note that we will select the most appropriate service for your order when you select Free Standard Delivery (which may include next day delivery when your order is shipped). However, your order can take anything between 1-5 working days to arrive after it leaves us.

If an item is not in stock or there may be a delay in shipping your order we will advise you of this as soon as possible by email. Please note that selecting free gift wrapping may mean your order is shipped a day later than orders where gift wrapping is not selected and we will do everything we can to ship gift wrapped orders as quickly as other orders.

Please ensure you allow as much time as possible for your order to arrive to avoid disappointment, and double check that the delivery address you provide is correct as we cannot be held liable for goods not being delivered in these circumstances.

Please note that you are liable for any customs charges that may be payable for orders sent to countries outside the European Union. There is no duty or taxes payable whatsoever for orders sent within the European Union.

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address if your orders are being sent outside the UK.

Please note that the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and BFPO are part of the UK and are not treated as International delivery.
